Not much interaction with staff. Bed was terrible, had to fold the blanket up and put it under the sheet to stop the springs from digging into me. Pillows were hard and bedding screwed up- unironed. Door handle kept falling off until I jammed a bit of paper in it. TV remote didn't work and had to request assistance with it and have it replaced. No information about accessing the wifi and TV operation...eventually figured it out on my own. Cupboard drawers, walls, blinds and kettle were splattered with who knows what. Could hear talking and other noises one doesn't want to hear through the walls. Communal kitchen on first floor was disgusting. Washing machine was not working. Shower was small and mould around the base wall, but the water pressure and temperature was great. Room was a nice size and was warm. So much potential to be a great place to stay. A pity the owner/management don't put any effort in to make sure it's acceptable accommodation.

It was appalling the state the room was in. Hadnt been cleaned. Dirty sheets, left over food, mould. Photo evidence of the mess. We would like compensation nothing offered.
