Blood on bedding The look of the so called hotel Very scary experience

The bathroom was clean apart from the fake tan stained toilet seat. Towels provided and clean but some had marks on.

The kitchen was disgusting. Never clean. There was no cutlery only cooking utensils. No plates or bowls. Bins was overflowing. It smelt horrible. We got a takeaway instead. The room wasn't any better. On arrival no parking, only permit down the whole road. They couldn't advise me where to park. Also on arrival you call them to get the code for door entry and they didn't pick up until the 3rd call, then they had the room code wrong as it did not work. Once we got into room the door handle came off in our hand on both sides. Curly black hairs all over the beds. Mugs both dirty. Fridge in room smelled. Kettle worked but no clean cups. No complimentary teas, coffees or sugars as advertised but only a handful of wooden stirrers. Fake tan stained toilet seat and a spiders nest above the bed. Blind and window sil where thick in dust. Walls are paper thin. We heard every noise from next doors "love session" and the drunked people shouting on the street. Shall not be staying again!

I was late arriving due to trains being cancelled or delayed. The staff were very helpful and welcomed me. The bed was so comfortable and clean.

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower cubicle glass was a bit dirty.

Cleanliness wasn't where it should have been. Blood on the pillow and a weird smell every now and then.
