"写真の雰囲気とは違った"

タオルとテイッシュの在庫がたくさんあった

掃除がされていないと思われる箇所があり、着くなり掃除機をかけて床を拭いた コンロのガスがメインの２口が着火せず、奥の小さい口のみで調理した 窓はとなりのマンションのベランダと向かい合っており、翌朝、カーテンは一切開けられなかった リノベーションされていると書いてあったが、写真のような部屋ではなく、残念だった

シャワーの出とドライヤーの風圧。 髪が長いのでドライヤーは風圧強めのものだととてもありがたい。

Faced a lack of hot water due to our own fault. They immediately dispatched a technician at 11pm to fix it within an hour. Exceptional service.
