Residence Hotel KABUTO

In general it was a nice place good value for money and great location

The staff seemed dismissive and weren’t very helpful, due to messages from booking.com about scammers I was reluctant to pay invoice that was sent to me as I selected pay at the property I wasn’t informed there was no reception and was told to go to a sister hotel to make Payment then when I went to said address it was a 711, it ended up being a legitimate invoice luckily but I was skeptical and had 4 children and 12 suitcases in the snow while I had to try hunt down this sister hotel then upon leaving when I requested a few cabs to be called they told me to use an Uber, I’d stay again now I know what to expect and if I was traveling alone but it wasn’t necessarily ideal for kids to arrive or leave in winter in Sapporo, it added a lot of stress to an already stressful ordeal. The stay for the duration of my time in Sapporo was nice and it’s an excellent location a short walk to the heart of Susukino and the room was clean and spacious for Japan so the room is nice and comfortable

カードキーとかじゃないので、鍵を無くす心配がなくてよかったです。あとは、連絡をしたらすぐに対処してくれて助かりました。

少し汚れが気になるところがありました。押入れの中の布団が少し汚れていました(連絡したらすぐ取り替えていただけてよかったです)。あとは、Wi-Fiが繋がらなかったです。

Poor facility cleanness. We won’t stay there again for sure.
