The room was clean and the location was really convenient for getting around the city. Antonio was friendly and helpful, always available if we had any questions. Overall, I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

One thing to note, as someone else mentioned, there’s a tourist tax paid per person that wasn’t mentioned upfront, but it wasn’t a issue, just something to be aware of.

A great room close to the centre of town and close enough to the train. We had a great week. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Nice property i do recommend staying there, location is quite good, you need to walk only less than 15 minutes to reach city center. owner of the property is a great guy and he answers immediately to your questions.

no facilities the first week i had only a cup and a boiler the second week a cup and a plate nothing else not a spoon not a fork nothing

The room was super clean and have great amenities, the view from the window was so local and the neighborhood was really peaceful.

The location is fantastic - walkable to the center while itself being in a quiet neighborhood. Host is responsive & helpful. There’s an amazing little restaurant downstairs, but be sure to make a reservation.
