Great AC and great bathroom fully equipped

Bathroom separate from the room, shared apparement with other guests (noisy). The keys were very inconvenient to use and to close the door

The rooms and the bathroom were really comfortable and clean. The outside bathroom was just across the hall so it didn't cause any inconvenience. The housekeeper was also very helpful!

The booking price does not include (or mention) the tourist tax which has to be paid in cash in the apartments.

The location is close to the city's main attractions (a leisurely 15-minute walk), and communication with the person în charge was excellent.

The interior doors are very noisy, and it can be disruptive if there are other guests in the location.

The bathroom was as advertised external from the room, a minor inconvenience. The key to the door was a bit of a hassle to work due to an old lock, a minor issue as well.

Room is as described. We really liked the location, close to the city with bars and restaurants close by. Everything was clean.

A curtain would help giving the room a more cozy vibe. Currently you only have blinds which take all the light if you want privacy. A water cattle would also be a nice addition.

Nice location, lots of restaurants around, walking distance to center, bus stop close by and nice park very close to the accommodation. Room and bathroom were nice.

Missing few amenities such as fridge, kettle and some plates with cutlery which would improve quality of life when accomodated.

The place is very well located but, at the same time, on a side street, so rest at night (and a blind that allows total darkness) is one of the best qualities for me. The room and bathrooms were very clean, the bed very comfortable.

My experience was great - the room with a private bathroom was exceedingly clean and comfortable. Antonio was exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any requests. The accommodation is located in a nice area of Bologna, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from Piazza Santo Stefano.
