Small thing that the door handle came out but didn't hinder the lock ability. We just informed the host and they responded very quickly.

GBInitial impression was property was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable as was the lounge . All expected items and appliances were in place
Cooker hob was faulty and could not be used. Consequently any food normally cooked on a hob could not be prepared. Left only with the oven and a microwave to use. The lady normally used to mailtain the property was sent around but did not know anything of the hob's function. Owners did not physically attend our problem or offer a solution neither practically or financial. Also the bathroom shower could not be positioned correctly and could not be used as intended. The front door handle was loose and came away easily. In addition the tv set could not display BBC 1 or 2.
