USThe property was great in size and had many needed amenities! We had challenges with locking the doors; after many conversations, someone came to help.
The pictures eluded to the location being in the country, when in fact it was in the city and right next door to other similar properties. We had some trouble getting a hold of them for some help; contacts were not updated.
GBGBThis property is fantastic value for money and in a great location. Lots of amenities close by. The house is clean, and easy to navigate with lots of well-placed and easy-to-read instructions. Perfect landing pad for a family weekend getaway.
The only things that slightly bothered me was the bedroom with the carpet had a strange smell. It was subtle and my husband couldn't smell it but it was enough to put me off. This easly fixed with a room scent plug in and maybe a deep carpet clean every so often. The other thing was that I think the TV remote might need new batteries. None of the above would stop me from returning to this property and will certainly do so in the future.

GBWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taigh Munro. Well proportioned and comfy cottage, it was exceptionally clean and the kitchen came well equipped. It provided a perfect base for exploring the surrounding Cairngorms.
The beds were a bit soft but that is personal preference. The curtains in the bedrooms let in a lot of light.
