Great location for location sites. Food was decent and the building and surrounding gardens were very picturesque

We had external windows cleaners on our room with no prior warning and our baby was asleep

The afternoon tea was excellent, the garden is beautiful and the staff were really friendly.

I found it a bit difficult to orientate myself using the virtual tour on the website. An old-fashioned printed site map in the room would have been helpful. But this is a small point.

The hotel is full of charm takes you back in time, the gardens are beautiful and well kept. We dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious!!

We stayed in room 12 one of the suites it was just ok but certainly not luxurious
