Room a lot smaller than we thought No shoe policy we found very inconvenient as the front door mat inside was very small! The breakfast was two hard boiled eggs, two apples and some muesli?? Breakfast should be more specific and the ‘no shoe’ policy is the first time I’ve come across this which was very difficult to adhere to because the space was small. We won’t be booking there in the future

Great location. Breakfast good.

A lovely setting in a pretty village. Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Owner was friendly and welcoming.

You could hear the people nextdoor room quite clearly especially when they used bathroom. The breakfast was ok, boiled egg perfectly cooked and bread/toast nice but couldn’t see the point of a whole avocado given (which neither of us like) and no suitable knife to cut it up with! Would also of been nice to provide some kind of juice orange or apple to go with breakfast.

Lovely property, clean and well kitted out. Cosy small village with excellent pub (which has very good food). Excellent access to Gatwick airport (which is why we were staying) but you would have no idea you were that close to a flight path.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this property. We will very happily stay again should be be flying from Gatwick.

The room was fabulous, decorated perfectly to suit a converted stable, and so clean. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities. Plenty of toiletries. Free parking. Breakfast bought to your door at your chosen time. Highly recommended :)

I could honestly not find fault!

Lovely area. Clean and quiet, all facilities available, including microwave and fridge! Lovely shower. Breakfast brought to your room!

Maybe would be an idea to provide a breakfast tick list to order breakfast. Some of the things I got I didn’t like or eat. The breakfast was plentiful and good, just thought that might avoid wasted food.

Everything- it was wonderful! Fabulous bath and amenities, very fast wifi, amazing little coffee and tea setup, great parking, wonderful staff, would go out of my way to stay here again. Close to Hever castle, Lovely local pubs, historic church right next to it you can go into.

Great location with good parking nice clean comfortable room

Breakfast was nice and fresh with a good selection of cold products which are bought to the room but would have been even better with some more hot cooked items.

Perfect location for where we had to be next day and a perfect spot for visitors exploring this pretty part of kent and its many attractions and gardens. ( Note correction to earlier review for different place!)
