We had a lovely weekend break at this property. It was incredibly spacious and fit our family of five comfortably. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town centre, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that made it feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was very welcoming and communicative throughout, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

"Central location but not clean enough"

Comfortable beds, good location in centre of town and apartment was nice and warm. Important to clarify exact location - this did not bother us but may be a concern to others - entrance is in a dirty alley behind a Wetherspoon with overflowing bins and rubbish on floor and delivery men dropping (clanging) off beer barrels in morning.
Carpets were dirty, no shower curtain, shower fitting and toilet seat were both loose. Unfortunately being a basement (living room and kitchen) there was a smell of damp/drains, and rather noisy plumbing/pipes. Some of the crockery in kitchen wasn't clean. These are all relatively minor points but just worth pointing out for future guests who may demand certain standards. We did contact the host who was quick to reply saying that this time the property had fallen below their usual standards as there was insufficient time to prepare it after long term guests. So hopefully for future it will be better prepared.

Great location, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were 5 adults (family) and the flat was big enough to accommodate all of us. Good wifi and a well equipped kitchen too.
Nothing really. As others have mentioned the flat is behind a pub (Wetherspoons) but this didn't impact our stay at all, and it was good to be so close to everything.
