"Per il costo, ci aspettavamo decisamente di più."

Per il check out la signora molto gentile e ci ha persino permesso di lasciare per la giornata i bagagli gratuitamente.

Arrivando per il check in la sera tardi, la struttura si presentava molto buia e il personale non molto accogliente.

"Horrible experience."

The hotel clerk was nice and was trying to help us.

Our reservation was not found and the hotel could not find a back up accommodation for us anywhere else in Oxford. So we were forced to find a hotel in London and travel there late at night.

De breedte van het bed voor twee personen is echt véél te smal (1.40 bij 1.90). Maar schijnbaar normaal in de UK
