It was in a perfect central location and well equipped

It is actually a three floor apartment… many stairs for luggages. The weather was very cold that days and when we entered the apartment the heat was off… we had to find out how to open it

Good location, very clean. Very nice walk in shower.

The bed in the main bedroom was not as per the photos on booking.com. I have a bad back and the photos showed a luxurious high bed which makes it easier with a bad back. In reality, the bed was very low, not much higher than a foot off the ground and the bed linen was nowhere near as lux as the photos. Ive uploaded a photo of the bed (after we’d slept in it) as a comparison for the promotional photos. Disappointing for the photos to not match the room. The rest of the apartment was fine except for the flexible ropes they used as handles up the stairs - not great for support on steep, curved steps.

Easy to find and very cosy and comfortable as the heating was on when we arrived. Everything that we needed was there.

The bed in the main bedroom is not like the picture it was quite low down on the floor so a bit difficult to get in and out, and no curtains in the 2nd bedroom.

Location , warmth of the property and facilities

Curtains in main bedroom too thin and flimsy letting in light and noise. The 2nd bedroom had no curtains or window covering at all.

Clean warm and comfortable

Brilliant location . Just what we wanted. Modern but cosy.

Just needed a secure hand rail in stairs. My persona choice.

This is our 2nd stay at Rydal House. We love, love, love this place. Fantastic location for Blenheim Palace and Woodstock is just so beautuful. The apartment is well equipped, tastefully decorated and spotless. We will be back next year x
