Accommodation is on three levels with two steep narrow flights of stairs. This was not disclosed in the description of the accommodation when we made booking. Very difficult to manage suitcases.

"Exceptional"

We booked this accommodation following a visit to Blenheim Palace. Our expectations were exceeded - it was very clean, easy to get to and felt very homely. We especially liked the tea and coffee condiments on arrival. The beds are very comfortable and we wish we had booked a second night - highly recommend.

The location, excellent facilities, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

The bathroom blind is broken. It had to stay down all the time. Previous guests have suggested frosted glass. The dark soft furnishings and furniture.
