"Just Perfect"

Roomy, very stylish, cosy, extremely well equipped, wonderfully 'get away from it all' but close to pubs and shops...we just loved it and want to go back! Samantha is a super host too

We didn't book more nights! There is nothing to dislike here.

"Outstanding cosy cottages"

These cottages are outstanding we booked all 4 of them. 21 of us from around the country met here for a much needed family gathering and we had an amazing time. They are equipped with everything and more that you could possibly need. Comfortable, warm and cosy. Each room is decorated to such a high standard. We enjoyed a family game of Tennis and loved toasting marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit in the evening. On arrival there was a lovely welcome hamper filled with fresh bread,butter,eggs , jams and biscuits and more. The owner greeted us on our arrival welcoming and happy to help in any way. We can't wait to book again !! Thank you for having us.

Superb accommodation, and great host. The accommodation was beautiful itself. Particularly liked how comfortable the accommodation was, from the beds to the sofas, to the fire and the basic rations that the host had left.

"What a beautiful place"

The location was absolutely beautiful. It took us just under half an hour to walk into Tideswell which was fantastic, we saw lots of cows and sheep on our way. Couldn’t fault the property, it was beautiful, clean and just what we wanted. Thank you!!

Although the weather was absolutely awful when we arrived, the owner rushed out to greet us and welcomed us to the property. The two cottages (The Piggery and The Cowshed) we booked for our family stay were beautifully appointed, well equipped, and warm with welcoming lights lit. The welcome pack of fresh farm eggs, butter, milk and bread and Halloween Sweets for the children was a nice gesture. The children enjoyed the outside space and I imagine in the summer it would be a wonderful place to stay and walk in the beautiful scenery.

There was nothing not to like. The only thing to be aware of is that it was quite a long walk into the nearest village.
