"A lovely peaceful stay in an excellent holiday cottage - highly recommended all round"

The cottage was well decorated, with all the right equipment. There was a food hamper left for us, with delicious food. The views were amazing and the outdoor equipment good quality. Loved the location and we did a good walk straight from the cottage. Owners were very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for local pubs. We loved the peace and quiet but near enough to Tideswell for anything you need. It is quite secluded so you have to have a car. We loved it and will definitely be back

Nothing we didn't like. We were in the accessible cottage so one of the bathrooms was set up for a wheelchair user which made it less cosy for a non-wheelchair user but good to know there are accessible holiday lets. Also the beds in the accessible bedroom were special beds (with raisers etc) which did mean they were a bit less cosy than a normal divan but fine.

Comfortable well equipped modern cottage, situated in open countryside outside Tideswell.  The host Samantha was very welcoming, and we appreciated the hamper of local produce.  The cottage was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. There is an outside patio area with stunning views. A great base to explore Peak District including walks from the door.

Beautiful property which is well located for a walking holiday weekend. The cottage itself was beautiful and we loved the fact that we had the shared use of the tennis court and gazebo. We went for a family weekend away to celebrate my brother’s 30th and Samantha was great at helping us with any questions we had. We loved our stay and would recommend!

"Beautiful"

Lovely welcome pack with bread, butter, milk& eggs provided. Great to have use of the tennis court and play area on site to entertain our little boy.

The one bathroom had an odour I think from the drain but was manageable by having window open to keep fresh air circulating.
