Clean and tidy, Carol very friendly. Always checking if we were ok.

Just felt a little uncomfortable using the kitchen. Would have preferred to have kettle in room , with assorted tea and coffee. Maybe separate bathroom facilities too, as felt a little uncomfortable using the same as the owner.

The bed was really comfortable and the shower was lovely. Easy to use entry code for the front door.

Breakfast was included in the price which was fantastic but we had a message saying everything is in the kitchen, please help yourself. Cook yourself eggs etc if you want to.

We loved the host and the breakfast options that were offered to us! Check-in and checkout were easy. It’s not too far from the tube and location is convenient for groceries.

I slept fine but my wife didn’t find the bed too comfortable. The stairs is right next to the entrance door which has another raised step and I did roll my ankle on that step so be careful when going up and down the stairs.
