Comfort of the room

I would of liked a television And I didn't like the bathroom downstairs

The location was fine for travelling to Wimbledon the morning I left. Easy to walk into Morden for an evening meal (about 10 mins). Off road parking was a huge bonus. Host Carol was friendly and welcoming. Her son willingly helped to carry my many bags up to my room, which was appreciated. My room was small and simply furnished, but clean, comfortable and peaceful / quiet. Ideal for a one night business stay. Comfortable bed. Bathroom, though not en suite, was well stocked with everything needed. Shower easy to use. Continental breakfast (which you can get yourself) was lovely. Being an early riser, I really appreciated being able to have it at 6 am. Coffee machine (pod) was appreciated. I was very touched that Carol went out and specially purchased a jar of marmalade for me for my breakfast when, the evening before, I had asked if she had marmalade. The price was impressively cheap, considering it was in London. I would happily stay again for work.

Such a clean & cosy home with everything you might need for a short stay, varieties of tea/coffee/breakfast foods and carol was very welcoming and responsive.

Keys are for bedrooms only not external door so need to let carol know if going out & coming back to ensure someone is in - carol was great making sure this was done during our stay

Location to the tube was good.

Its just a room in someones house. No parking as only a small drive way which was used by the owner. There was no toiletries or tea/coffee making facilities, no bathrobes, no slippers, no hairdryer, no towels in the room. The Chinese lady who greeted us couldn't really speak English and was not very welcoming. We ended up staying somewhere else for the night. Don't stay here unless your looking just for a bed for the night.

Clean spacious room in a very convenient location with off street parking, all at a very reasonable price!

Only bathroom is downstairs and shared with two other rooms, breakfast is self service but the host is very kind and even let us cook our own eggs.
