Everything we expected and more. Spacious comfortable room with an extra king bed. The staff were super friendly and efficient and went out of their way to accommodate us. We would definitely return when next visiting Puebla.

I loved the design, the amenities and the spirit of the property. The communication was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I loved all the small details that make my stay delightful. I expect to go back very soon.

It's not that I didn't like but there was this tea kettle but no tea in the room, aside from that everything was very nice. I travel often to the city and try to stay in small hotels and this is the one that I've liked the most.
