Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were attentive to our need, helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed out stay at Casa Juárez. We recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time we are in Puebla.

The moment you step into Casa Juárez, you immediately feel welcome and being cared about, many thanks to the gracious hosts – but other staff members are also super attentive and friendly. We stayed in the Triple Room, which is pretty much like a little studio, with a balcony and mini-kitchen. The room was beautiful, pretty much like other rooms we had a chance to peek in, true to the photos online. The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure & temperature were just right, and the umbrellas we rented on the reception helped a lot in Puebla's rainy summer. The location is perfect as well: you have plenty of Oxxos and 7-Elevens nearby, a Chedraui practically around the corner, and various local restaurants around the place. You can also get to the Zócalo and Catedral de Puebla on foot, the historical center starts pretty much on the doorstep of this beautiful house.

If you're traveling for work and need a high-speed Internet connection, it's best to consider visiting any of the nearby co-workings. The Wi-Fi here is quite sufficient for the casual web browsing though, can't complain.

The internet was bad. There is no AC in the rooms
