GBA good location and the room was clean
The room was very basic and in need of updating. The TV did not work, the wifi was inermittant. Overall a disappointment and, I felt, over priced.

The stay started off with a text to say the room would not be ready by the check in time. The curtains in the room were not very effective and the room was bright very early. We stayed in the top room of the house and it was absolutely boiling, we had to keep the windows open all night and the place was near a hospital so lots of sirens. When we woke up on the Saturday morning there was no hot water and water was dribbling out of the shower.

Extremely low water pressure, making showers not great and nothing out of the hot tap in the sink. Kettle provided but no fridge to keep any milk/drinks.
