INNit Vibes

Room was clean, bed was comfy and loved how hands-off the check-in (and check-out) process was. The host texted me with the code for the building, and then to the key safe for our room. It meant we weren't too stressed about how late our arrival was getting. Room had kettle, coffee & tea station, iron board, steamer, bedside tables, plug sockets by bedside, Roku TV. Clean and tidy bathroom. If you fancy a beach walk for some breakfast, I recommend the Reading Room which was approx 15min walk.

In the morning the shower pressure was non-existent. We assumed it was because other guests were using their showers, but it meant we couldn't have a shower on Sun morning. It was fine to use in the evening. Lastly, if you pay extra for the parking space, locating it can be tricky as it's behind the building. There was a helpful video on the Innit Vibes Facebook page we found (whilst parked in the middle of a random residential road) which showed you how to find it which was helpful.

Location was convenient, readonable walking distances to were i wanted to go.

Shower and shower room was very small. Hall and stairs floors loudly creak when resdents walk past.

It was available at a very good price and is close to both the sea and the city centre. It had an en-suite bathroom. It had some space but the furniture didn’t really allow us to use it to our benefit Communication from the staff online is excellent

Hot water frequently ran out often mid shower. The room has a window over the door which allows light into the room all night The lovely old bay windows have loose say windows and won’t stay open and if windy knock and bang all night. Some wedges would be handy. The bed was too soft and like a camp bed as it pushed away from the wall/headboard if you sat on it. This was an issue as the only other option was to sit on two low bean bags which were uncomfortable for us. A pair of chairs and a nice table in the bay would have been nice. WiFi was poor and this was a big disappointment as the phone reception is also poor. Seal around the bottom of the shower needs a clean Bit of noise outside but not too bad for a city centre

Location was ideal for us. Bed was clean and shower was hot.

Room felt tired, in need of modernisation. The room felt cold, probably due to being an old building with a draughty window meaning road noise was high (ear plugs were included) The owners were very attentive and provided us with a electric fan heater. Our room was near the front door meaning that entry/exit was extremely noisy.

WiFi was rubbish , especially in the evening so cos our room had a roku smart tv we was unable to watch anything, normal tv required. Bathroom sink needs unblocking.
