GBA comfortable room and a good location close to the sea front with easy self check in. Queries were dealt with quickly on WhatsApp and we enjoyed our stay overall.
Unfortunately we had no hot water on Saturday morning and had very bracing showers but Laura explained the problem and offered us a significant discount which was very much appreciated.

Cramped, no storage, v little hanging, wobbly tap, poor wifi, tv didn't work most times, front door doesn't self close 3 times found open, very noisy location traffic, pubs etc ear plugs provided but should be mentioned in the Ads. Kitchen needs a bin n T towel. Parking is awful but thsts all of Brightion tbh. Skylights need blinds to stop daylight coming in at 4am ! Double messages every time from the venue & booking.com. Just needs a bit of clarity n tlc, not the worst place weve stayed but wouldn't return.
