Adina Hotel

Do not stay!!! We couldn’t complete our full stay due to how bad it was. Upon arriving we noticed the hotel looked really ran down on the outside with old chipped away paint and an old sign with uneven steps which I kept on tripping on. The room should have been ready for the check in time but we were told to wait 20 minutes. However that 20 very slowly turned into 1 hour and 8 minutes. My partner and I waited so long in the sun without any offers to wait inside we both got bad sun burn. Also the owner seemed so rude and that she just didn’t care. Also she repeatedly told us the room was almost done when that clearly wasn’t the case with how long we got made to wait. When we finally got to the room it was clear that the workers were still cleaning it. After they left we noticed how bad the room was left for us to stay in. I will start off with the smallest issues which is there was no tv remote and no bin in the room. On the other hand the bigger issues were that the full place is in need of a big refurbishment. The room itself had: chipped paint with odd marks on the walls which was leading up from the bed, the walls were so thin we could easily hear what the people in the next room were talking about which kept us up all night, the bathroom light which was left hanging had mould on the inside of the light shade, the sink had rust in it with the tiles above it being evidently ripped out, bathroom floor was left dirty, windowsill also had a lot of chips and the window was very stiff to shut, the bed had stains on the frame, the bed being held together by cardboard/ wood which was very uncomfortable, the door had a large gap underneath it and lastly the draws were left dirty and broken which one of the drawer doors fell onto my foot as I was opening it. With all of these problems the manager/owner was nowhere to be seen after we were checked in. The pictures are a representation of how bad it is.

Dirty, bed wasnt clean. Smelly your sticking to the carpet.
