not a nice place to stay a family

place was not family friendly, ask for cancellation and they said it was fine. they agreed to cancel with a full refund and never happened. was charged like if I stayed.

Close to sea front, friendly staff

Absolute. Nothing didn’t bother to clean up started hoovering the rooms as we come practically a hostel and the owners are a joke

It’s true to the word crack den at its finest dumps everywhere owners are rude homeless ppl who live there tryna cadge what they can off u it’s disgusting and not recommend pls. Avoid

Disgusting filthy unsafe, tv balanced on a little set of drawers, wires trailing across room, looks like a crack den. handed key straight back to manager after seeing the room, tried to get a refund and was completely ignored so lost out on money

Absolutely Disgusting!! We arrived to be introduced with lots of people sitting outside smoking and drinking to be told that the room was unavailable, then a few minutes later the owner (Taffy) came out and said that room would be ready in 10 minutes for us. The room itself was filthy with tea bags and dirty cups in the sink, beds hadn’t been changed and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and not been cleaned from the previous people. We told them we weren’t happy and not staying there as it was disgusting only to be shouted and screamed at by the owner and one of the women sat outside this was in front of my children!! Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour!! It’s shocking that they charge people for the rooms in that state, should be condemned!!

Nothink was nice about this place they had a cleaning basket on landing and a hoover, but no way had they used it cause our room was filty

Everythink it was dirty and it smelt curtain pole up by a peice of string bed was broken the cups were dirty carpet dirty it's like a half way house for the homeless I wouldn't even put homeless people in there we felt dirty juat being in the room rubbish in in the hallways it was disgusting and I'm no snob we just wanted somewhere to lay our heads

Everything, it was dirty as hell bed was broken so we walked out and diddnt stay there and so bad i wouldnt even let the homwless stay there
