The door of the room didn’t lock Shared toilet Left over beer bottles in the room Cum stains on the bedding

Absolutely disgusting saftey hazard they cover their fire alarms sand is on the bed mould is growing on the walls and ceiling,toilet was coming off and i never got a refund from either also we got checked in by a literal 8 year old whilst the owners were high on god knows what we had to move to a separate place because here was so disgusting the place should be knocked down!!!!

Disgustingly dirty, bathroom filthy, unable to use shower due to missing shower head, no hot water, and no staff available to complain to, avoid this place

We didn't get to stay as we were involved in a accident on the way down and had to come home. Emailed then to explain and ask for a refund and heard nothing back off them.

Nothing the place was a mess smelt of drugs there was mess everywhere you looked.

Everything the beds were stained there was old socks over the smoke alarm people had been smoking in the rooms the bed sheets was all stained and had mould showing in the beds nothing was tested mess in all the landing areas heaters holding doors open with cables everywhere.

The street would be ideal to start a white n B line

Going home. Blackpool really is just an awful place.

Terrible location, kids outside screaming, swearing, messing around in the road and shouting. The whole street was just scruffy. On arrival, there were empty cans sat on the wall and it took a while before anyone came down to us, we literally had to search to find someone, before calling the mobile to tell them of my arrival . Once we entered the room, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned and when I checked the beds, wow!! They were filthy, so I had to sleep on top of the covers. I'm not an overly fussy person, but I wouldn't have put my cat in there. So glad it was only for one night, and I only had the pleasure of getting my head down for a few hours.

DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT BOOK. SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS SITE. the staff were well meaning and friendly but the hotel was nothing as described. No private bathroom. Very dated. 20 minute walk from pleasure beach. They double booked us. had us traipsing about different hotels till they organised us a room. Not impressed. Can't get refund until the hotel authorise it but they won't respond to messages so I'm stuck. DO NOT BOOK. (They own Adina and Galloway hotels plus another which name I didn't get all on the same street. Good parking though! Free on the street or big council car park at end of road.
