Villa Mimma

We loved this villa. Unfortunately did not get to use the pool area but it would have been amazing to relax there . Comfortable couch and beds . Luca is responds quickly to any request . Wish we could of stayed longer

A minor thing as we realise it is not so common in Italy but maybe a kettle and or toaster would be nice . Some coffee pods for the coffee machine would have been good roo .

Some straightforward basic maintenance would help get this a top rating. Oven broken, both toilet seats need attention, shower downstairs door missing and rail broken Unit under sink in upstairs bathroom replaced no handles for brooms. The parking area access dangerous A few additions such as mocha, microwave and kettle would make a big difference

Luca assisted us with parking and restaurant reservations the pool was delightful,location is ideal for access to centre,villa Mimma is most comfortable

Taormina … stairs everywhere 😜

Lovely villa on the outskirts of the old town. Taormina itself is great but very busy so Villa Mimma was like a little Oasis. Yes there is a busy road that runs below the villa but it was not an issue for us as the views from the terrace and the pool more than made up for it so hardly noticeable. It is close to the town where there was a great choice of restaurants and bars and it was lovely to return to in the evening. The villa itself is very comfortable, there is plenty of space to relax inside but we spent most of our time sitting out on the terrace relaxing with a glass of wine after a good meal in town. Super friendly host Luca is always on hand if required to provide information on good restaurants and tips on places of interest. Water and breakfast goodies were provided and more importantly for us a very generous supply of superb coffee to use in the coffee machine. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Mimma, and would highly recommend it.

The views from the property are amazing! Great value for a spacious apartment with a pool, a short but steep walk to the centre of town so well located.

Needed clarification to meet the owner at the parking lot opposite the Esso garage (first right after the property gate if coming through the tunnel) for him to guide you into the tight parking space at the property.

The villa has great views. We enjoyed use of the private pool and huge patio space. Having a smart TV to enjoy shows was nice. It’s a large space. The villa is located in a good location in close proximity to restaurants and attractions. The private parking was very secure.

The air conditioning does not reach the bedroom and it was hot at night for sleeping. An additional AC unit really needs to be installed in the space. Fortunately, the host also provides a fan.

The view from this place was incredible. To watch the sunrise over Italy from the veranda and pool was magical. The location was great, a short walk to the cable car takes you to the beach and a wander up the steps takes you to the town and bus station. Luka, the host was very helpful and dealt with any hiccups very well.

A fan for the bedroom would be a good addition.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Taormina. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the center. The pool was perfect for our family of four with children, and the view was absolutely stunning. Our host, Luca, was very helpful and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

The Villa is in an excellent location, just a 10 minute walk (uphill on the way) into the old town and the bus station & cable car also within a short walking distance. The villa is very tastefully furnished and has all the facilities you need. The terrace and pool areas are wonderful with fabulous views. Luca is a great host, very friendly and easily contactable. We’d definitely love to return again!

The water pressure in the showers wasn’t very powerful, particularly in the upstairs bathroom.
