All of it, especially the private pool

Beautiful property, excellent location, best host! Luca is a fantastic host, he couldn’t do enough to help us. The property is in an excellent location and to have a private pool is a wonderful luxury after climbing all the steps in the town. Secure Private parking is another luxury here so close to the centre (though not the easiest to access, Luca was on hand to help us out). He was also super helpful with great recommendations for restaurants and hooked us up with a fantastic half day tour to Etna that picked us up at the door.

Bathrooms could do with upgrading and parking difficult but manageable.

Nice villa, with a gorgeous view and a pool! Luka is a responsive and hospitable host. We liked everything. I highly recommend it.

We found the villa to be very spacious and clean - with large lounge, kitchen and 2 rooms upstairs. The pool was very welcome after visiting the town in the hot weather. Best of all is the location of the villa within a few short minutes walk of all the main attractions that Cefalu's old town has to offer - archaeological sites, churches, boulevards, shops and restaurants. Our host was very helpful with advice and even left a bottle of wine to welcome us.

The entrance to the property is very tight. Having said that it is very unusual to find a property with parking that is so near to the old town. Once parked we did not need the car until we left.

A lovely home in a great location close to the town. The pool area was lovely and perfect for our children. Luka our host was fantastic!

A bit noisy road and no pavements.

The property was fantastic, perfect for a family stay, as we were or a group of friends. Luca was an amazing host who made us feel really welcomed and it just felt easy to stay in his beautiful property. The pool made it, it’s a fantastic addition to a fantastic property in an awesome location.
