Everything! The bedroom was huge & the bed extremely comfortable. Nice addition to have a TV and a fan in there too. Views from rear windows are beautiful. The bathroom was perfectly clean with a large bath & over shower. Shower was great! Charlotte is an absolute gem and contacted us prior to our stay to ask about any dietary requirements and our ETA. We had an event on Sunday and needed to be away from the property at 730. Charlotte was so wonderful and accommodating by providing us with a SUPERB early breakfast. Full try up, with toast, cereal, yoghurt, tea, coffee and orange juice. It was excellent and really set us up for the day. Thank you Charlotte for being SO welcoming and accommodating, we loved our stay and will definitely return!

This was a last minute booking as needed to be closer to Peterborough after a day working in the Midlands. Couldn't have been happier with the find. Really comfortable room in a lovely village. Very dark and very quiet which is everything I need for a good night's sleep. Charlotte was an excellent host.

My only complaint, and probably my fault anyway as I had booked last minute and not read everything, but I had been looking forward to coffee after a long day, and the room didn't have any drink making facilities.

Absolutely lovely property in a very cute town, only a short walk to the local pub. My room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Charlotte was so friendly. The bath was huge, which was an unexpected treat! Also breakfast was prompt, beautifully provided and accommodated my need for gluten free food. Could not recommend higher!

It’s worth noting that the bedroom doors don’t lock from the outside so if you are uncomfortable leaving your belongings this could be an issue for you. I felt perfectly safe & had no issues. Would recommend highly.
