Riad Ridaya

Ryad molto bello, stanze curate e colazione buona servita nel cortile interno. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di lasciare il bagaglio oltre il check out per completare la vista della città. La posizione è veramente strategica per visitare la medina. Posteggio a pagamento a 100 metri (Parking Ain Azliten).

È a due passi dalla Porta Blu, ben segnalato e facile da raggiungere. È un Riad completamente e finemente restaurato, con gusto e cura nei dettagli e negli arredi. I ragazzi della reception sono molto discreti, professionali e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti, e disponibili a cercare soluzioni e risposte alle richieste degli stessi. Le colazioni servite sono abbondanti e squisite. Offrono anche un utilissimo servizio di lavanderia interno. Aria condizionata e wi-fi perfettamente funzionanti. È a due passi dalla via principale ma è completamente isolato dai rumori esterni e si può riposare benissimo a qualsiasi ora del giorno o della notte. Il bagno, anch'esso restaurato accuratamente, è ampio e dispone di una grande doccia con box in cristallo, acqua calda abbondante che arriva velocemente. Abbiamo occupato la camera n.3 che si trova al primo piano e io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati veramente bene e se tornassimo in futuro a Fes, sicuramente ritorneremo in questo Riad. Ho letto recensioni di altri utenti a volte negative, ma dopo esserci stato per tre giorni, sinceramente non le capisco. Grazie a tutto il personale del Riad per l' ottimo servizio che ci hanno offerto.

I will say the hotel lobby was pretty and very traditional design. Breakfast was very decent as well. Parking lot is near.

I feel a lot of these positive review aren’t very honest. The hotel rooms are very claustrophobic with no window to the outside. The ac unit didn’t work properly and blew hot moist air which in turn at times makes the room smell damp and as of mildew. The room was very tight even for 2 people. Showers didn’t drain properly with bad shampoos provided. They also charge 88 Durham tourist tax for 2 people which seems kind a lot to me for a very mediocre room. We ended up leaving a day early because we really couldn’t stand being there another day. It is in the old Medina if your a country bluff but not really my thing. My husband got jolted by one of the plugs so appeared bit dangerous to me. Unfortunately I would not be going back.

Breakfast was great! It was a little later than they said it would be at, but I've learned living in Morocco that everything is later than they say it is haha so just be prepared for that. The staff were very kind and attentative, and even when I messed up something with my booking, they generously made things better!

There was a faint smell in the downstairs room we stayed in, kind of like a wet musty smell. It could use with some airring out!

Ubicació molt cèntrica, instal•lacions perfectes, molt bonic, el desdejuni era molt bo i variat i l’atenció del personal molt amable. Ho recomano molt.

Lovely staff! So kind, friends by the end of my four day stay :) The room I started off in on the bottom floor had a smell to it and lacked privacy, but the owner generously upgraded my room after the first day when rooms became available. Delicious breakfast. You can see all of Fes from the terrace. Great location, in the medina but on a quiet side street. I recommend :)

The room on the bottom floor was not my favorite (strong perfume-y incense covering bathroom smell, people can fully look into the room if your window is open).

Bella terrazza, belli gli interni e gli arredi. Gentile il ragazzo alla reception, posizione eccellente per le visite della Medina. Due parcheggi a distanza camminabile molto comodi anche se è difficile orientarsi nella medina seguendo Google maps quindi è facile perdersi nel tragitto dal parcheggio alla struttura: meglio telefonare e farsi venire a prendere al parcheggio.

Colazione con alcuni prodotti confezionati non all'altezza (un muffin e un dessert UHT). Uovo sodo servito senza posate e senza sale per condirlo. In conclusione la colazione è l'unico neo del soggiorno.

It's a very short walk (3mins) from the Ain Aizleten parking, and very easy to find. The riad itself is beautiful, and the local breakfast served was amazing (the msemen and rghaif were delicious!)

The bedroom floor feels a little dusty, a good mopping + vacumming can fix that.
