USProperty was clean and well maintained. The staff were the highlight of this place. The customer service was excellent. The people were friendly and engaging in a genuine way. Their management should be very proud of everyone who works together to make the customer feel valued.

the morning of checkout my toilet flooded. it was all over the carpet and flooring, i had to wait to shower, the carpet was wet while i was getting ready. staff should have credited the room but did not even offer a credit.

I didn't like the fact, I paid so much to not have a working tv and the front desk guy wouldn't help. We came to relax, and sat there staring at the walls! The owner was notified and I never got a response. I'm so disappointed, all the money we've spent at that specific motel to have our concern disregarded. It's so disrespectful.

The room we got was supposed to be for government rate. And we had to pay full price. But the room smelt like mildew and the bed was uncomfortable.
USThey listed to previous suggestions and worked on the hot tub jets. And the pool area was cleaner then my mom and is last stay.
