USUSThe staff was all beyond friendly always offering a smile & being very helpful. The entire property was well maintained & clean. Pool warm, hot tub an amazing HOT Hot!
The key card system needs work. We had to repetitively have our key cards reset. At one point I sat in the hall waiting for our 2nd key to come up because I was simply over going up and down the hall and stairs to get my key reset. Friday night twice, Saturday SIX times for 1 key and TWICE for the other. Each time the staff was friendly and reset the cards but it was really redundant and ridiculous. Super inconvenient.
USHot tub jets need maintenance, too hot-over the stated 105°F.
