Tranquil Haven Retreat

Full size fridge/freezer was useful + microwave, bed was comfortable and location is close to Hamilton gardens and a short drive to town.

Ants were all over the bin, table and carpet. No dishwashing liquid to clean utensils/cups. Cutlery was dirty. Some new towels wouldn't go amiss. There was a coffee plunger but no coffee. The whole places needs a bit of a refresh. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, carpet needs replacing etc. I would be charging less until at least some of these things get sorted.

Location

Although the host is attentive, the room is very cold, the heater couldn't handle the cold, so we felt very cold during the night. And we can't stop the car near the room, which I didn't think was very nice, the bedding wasn't smelling very good!

Clean sheets. Location close to Hamilton Gardens.

Needs TLC.Peeling wallpaper, old carpet and lino. Needs decor and floorplan improved,old shower with low water pressure,unweeded pots and garden outside sleepout.

Nothing

It was a small bach behind a private house. It smelled really damp and there was mould evident. The pillows were yellow and stained, the duvet barely covered the bed. We made the decision we couldnt stay there. We didnt expect too much, but were appalled at the state of the place.

Love that allowed us to stay with our 2 furry babies. Our 2 dogs really enjoyed the big back yard zooming all their energy out and was super close to all our activities and super convenient

-The parking space was very narrow to back in & out of -the bed was super uncomfortable it kept moving around while we were lying down and the bed fitting sheets kept coming off like it wasn't the right size -it had a funny smell in the room and probably because the place is old itself -showers had very little water pressure -there's no place for cooking or have access to water as the only sink to use was from the bathroom sink - the place itself looked like it is not cleaned properly -WiFi was not provided in the room until we had asked for it -dishes are out on display and would be best to have it covered -would of been nice to meet the host but never got to see them in person

Nice and private. Cute and cosy. Had all the necessities needed.
