Great Location and Staff, But Needs Better Management Fantastic Location: The property is quiet, scenic, and just a few minutes' walk from the mall. Wonderful Staff: Team members are incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and highly responsive to guest needs. Management Needed: The kitchen operations and garden maintenance require major improvement and better supervision.

Pests & Grounds: Rooms are infested with cockroaches, and rotting avocados litter the yard. Bad Breakfast: Meals are dry and limited (bread, eggs, half a sausage) with no dietary alternatives. Hygiene Risks: Food is prepared in an exposed, open kitchen and delivered to rooms. No Amenities: Kettles and dinnerware are scarce; do not expect in-room coffee or basic comforts.

My flight arrived late at dawn that day, when I got to the property I checked in at the reception but the receptionists were not available. I got a chair and was relaxing at the reception so I could check in when it's morning, One of the female receptionists who came to meet me sacked me to go out and that I could not stay there till morning. She asked me to go and sit in the open space around their incomplete Bar . I sadly went there with my luggage in the open cold with mosquitoes to worry about. I did not find it easy that night because it was still 1am and I had to wait there in the cold and mosquitoes really feasted on me very well. The next morning, I finally checked in at 10 am. My booking came with breakfast but I was never served breakfast until the day that I was about to check out that one of the receptionists (same receptionist I met that faithful night) asked me to wait for breakfast but I was already in a hurry to catch my flight so I didn't take the breakfast. Even upon all these frustrations that I went through, I still tip them around $15 in Zambia Kwacha because I'm kind.

The location is ideal for the city; good access to main roads, malls and other social places

The staff took too long to provide toiletries and other stuff for the room

The property did not look like the pictures provided. There was no water supply.

The hotel is well located. You have bars, malls and it is a safe area. The place is also beautiful. It has a pool, big garden and the internet works fairly well. The staff is also very nice. I stayed for 4 days and then booed again 2 weeks later when I came back to Lusaka.
