We really enjoyed our stay at this rental house. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The owner was very polite and friendly, which made us feel welcome and at ease. It’s an ideal place for families, especially those traveling with babies. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Edwin Villa! The property is very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provided drinking water and also offered washing facilities, which was really convenient. The rooftop is very nice — perfect for relaxing and also great for drying clothes easily. It's conveniently located right in Trincomalee town, making it easy to access all major attractions in the area. The overall experience felt more like staying in a hotel than a guesthouse. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Trinco!

We loved that it was very clean upon arrival and that the host greeted us and let us in.

WiFi did not work at all - the host had told us that the modem would work without an ethernet input, which couldn't work. Though we were able to connect, there was no data connection. A larger issue is that while this is advertised as a 3 bed/3 bathroom, two of the bathrooms are not full bathrooms. They are so small that the shower is right next to the toilet (without a curtain or barrier) and thus ineligible to use. So our group of 9 had to share a single bathroom, which made getting ready hard. Moreover one of the bathrooms has no sink (only a floor tap) which made washing hands after use difficult.

Out of the 3 rooms only two were air conditioned, Although an alternate arrangements was made a couple of floors up while there was no charge for the extra room.

The rooms are filled with two cots and attached wash rooms are so tiny We have to share the common bathroom and the geyser was small in capacity
