Edwin Villa

The 3BHK apartment was quite spacious. It has a functional kitchen and TV. We were a group of friends and we really enjoyed our time there. We were very happy with this property.

One of the bedrooms didn't have AC and we had to pay extra for using the AC (according to a meter).

The friendly couple,the big space of the rooms ,kitchen and hall are will equipped,comfortable bed,powerfull AC's and very clen bathrooms.

It's in a by lane and very narrow road, stopping vehicle Infront of the property is difficult

Spacious apartment offered us the option of cooking our own meals and having a lot of space. Two of the three bedrooms have airco, and two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The owner's father was our local point of contact. He is very friendly and arranged things for us, like a nearby place to safely store our two rented tuktuks. We had planned for a 5 day stay, and the owner accepted our request to shorten the stay to 4 days (we also paid for 4 days).

The location. The 'villa' is the ground floor of a house in the middle of a not-very-nice part of a not-so-beautiful Trincomalee. There is no garden or outside space. Windows are small, so the apartment is dark. We had poor 4g reception (Dialog) and there is no wifi. This definitely made our stay less comfortable. The two ACs (in two of the bedrooms) were metered, and we had to pay for our AC electricity use on top of the rent. The nearby beach (600m) was littered with trash. We went to Nilaveli for beautiful, clean beaches (half an hour drive with our own rented tuktuks).

Vinoth was fantastic as a host! The house was spectacular and looked exactly what the Images showed.The villa is super clean with the spacious rooms and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and close to beach, restaurants & supermarkets. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here.

Parking bit narrow

The villa is very nice. All photos are true. The accommodation contains 3 bedrooms and 3 water closets, a kitchen and a living room. The owners are very nice people, speak good english and helped us with a taxi for example and other questions. If you want to visit Trincomalee, it's the best varient. Forest deers live and walk in Trinkomali. We fed them a little.

One of ths best place i stayed durring the tour. Staffs are very helpfull and pleasing smiles. Definitely i can recommend to anyone. Close to town and supermarkets. Seld cooking is excellent. Parking is not there but manageable in by roads. Nice rooftop for BBQ or casual chat.

Only 2 of 3 rooms are Air condition. You will be charged for electricity seperatly if you use A/C. However it was not informed in advanced or no any terms like that in booking page.
