Al entrar al hotel se ve muy lindo y acogedor, luego al pasar a la habitacion se nota que necesita una renovacion, al menos la que me toco a mi era bastante vieja. De todos modos, la cama era muy comoda y todo funcionaba perfecto, es solo una cuestion estetica. Lo que no me gusto es que cuando hice la reserva, figuraban muchas fotos de una piscina con increibles vistas y al llegar al hotel nos encontramos con que costaba €15 por persona al dia y que es a 500mts del hotel. El desayuno es muy bueno, super variado, rico y completo. La ubicacion no es mala, y las vistas desde el hotel son increibles.
Pour un 4-étoile, l'hôtel était décevant. Premièrement, il a été construit et est sponsorisé par Eni, le géant pétrolier. Deuxième, les chambres ne sont pas bien isolés et nous avions des voisins bruyants. Ensuite, nous voulions manger au restaurant de l'hôtel, qu'il fallait réserver. Une fois que l'hôtesse d'accueil ait vérifié qu'il y avait encore de la place disponible, j'ai pris 2 minutes pour lui confirmer que c'était bon pour nous. Entre temps, un couple a été directement au restaurant sans réserver auprès de l'accueil et ont été accueillit au restaurant. Nous avons dû prendre la voiture et aller manger à l'extérieur.. Il n'était même pas 19h30 que le restaurant de l'hôtel ne pouvait plus nous accueillir. Finalement, nous pouvons voir une piscine sur les photos, or celle-ci est payante.. 15euros pour 3H.
Leider muss ich hier tatsächlich mal eine Bewertung abgeben. Das Hotel hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme und ist für sich eigentlich recht cool. Was leider garnicht ging, das waren die Zimmer. Wir mussten das erste Zimmer wechseln, da im Bad bereits die Holzverkleidung am Waschbecken hochgekommen ist. Das zweite Zimmer war zwar ohne gravierende Mängel (Mülleimer war kaputt), aber die Einrichtung kam gefühlt aus den 60er Jahren und entspricht absolut nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Was uns so schockiert hat, war der Ist-Zustand im Vergleich zu den Fotos… der Fotograf hat gute Arbeit geleistet! Frühstück war ok, aber der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Wir haben den Besuch abgebrochen und sind von 2 Nächten nur eine geblieben. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Otiima posizione, colazione variegata e di buona qualità,staff gentilissimo, pulizia.. si può fare de meglio ma accettabile.. balcone con vista splendida sul pelmo

Attentive staff. Spoke English very well, made it easy to communicate. Excellent bar and bartender. Wonderful ambiance, made it feel like a 5-star luxury hotel. We would love to come back.
Hotel had amazing mountain view from both side. Staff was always very helpful and polite. Car park was huge no problem to park the car. Very good restaurant in walking distance.
Lovely staff and good service at the reception. Great area for hiking and if you are lucky to watch the stars at night. The breakfast wasn’t great and it would be great to get a smile from the staff in the morning. Please take note that the spa is off-site and requests surcharge, this has a great view!
