Villa Mabuk

Spacious luxury villa, beautiful surrounds. Friendly staff there when needed. A perfect getaway.

Door seals need to be re-done. Although not too many mosquito's and issue. 1 of the beds very firm, all beds creak as made of wood.

Pool fence was great but that was one of the only things we liked

Cleaners hanging around, sometimes taking 4-5 hours to clean the villa and rocking up without a heads up. We felt we had no privacy as we didn't know who would be coming in and out of the villa. Had to ask for the sheets and towels to be changed half way through our stay. The baby gate on the stairs doesnt actually latch, and we had to put gladwrap on the side as our 19 month old could fit through the side of the gap. When we told Wayan he said it was fine until he saw our son open it himself. Both upstairs showerheads didnt work when we first arrived, and both tvs in the rooms upstairs didnt have working Netflix. A warning about the construction over the river would have been nice as well, as it was going all day and night.

The villa was beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was fenced, which was a priority has we had a 1 year old with us.

The tiles around the entrance and outdoor area were very slippery, especially because they were wet from the rain

Lovely secluded villa in Legian. Security on site and also camera at front gate, although we had no issues at all with security.

The layout of the villa is excellent, the pool is fantastic Hosts were amazing & kept the fridge well stocked

The location is a little bit hard to get to, pretty much have to taxi everywhere

the villa was excellent, especially for family's with a gated fence around the pool if you have kids, very secure with security also at the complex, very clean and comfortable and very helpful with any questions we may of had or any issues regarding the villa.

the only thing we could fault is the fish filter at the entrance was quite loud as it doesn't switch of, but that's something you can obviously get pass while enjoying everything else about the villa
