Seabreeze suites Villa

Location & inside room facilities are very good. Soo close to beach but swimming pools are not in operational, also building is still under construction.

Host (Julie)behavior is worst, i don't have words to say.. Actually checkout time was 11am but group of 3 girls entered into house forcefully (including host ) at 10:30am and started cleaning, also shouted and rude behaviour. The problem is she might be comitted to other guest at same time without enough break for cleaning. Hotel is good but if you book through her (Host Julie), i think you will be suffer. Even i am ready to pay another day also she refused duento her egoism. It shows as seabreeze suites villa in booking but the hotel name is Golden resort hotel.

The place is awesome for a vacation, views are great, next to the beach (take the stairs), and in the vicinity of restaurants, clubs , activities and other awesome stuff.

The caretaker raised my price on checkin and took the ac remote so i could not use the air conditioner.

It was a nice location and I enjoy just walking down to beach front. The staffs are also very nice.

The apartment was extremely clean on arrival, the owner also offered a re clean and fresh bedding after a few days. Well equipped, great wifi apart from occasional power cuts which can’t be helped. Lovely tree top view to the ocean. Excellent air con which made life very comfortable in 30-35 degree heat and fast glass lifts are a bonus! Big kind sized bed, plenty pillows and sheets for comfort, tv with links to Netflix, Amazon prime etc etc Location is beach front with a minutes walk through the vast communal gardens, beach bar with great staff and sun beds right on the beach!!! I walked beach every day and it’s stunning! Carrefour supermarket and Java coffee house are perfectly placed… locals are amazing, defo recommend Terminal 2 bar few doors away, La Gusta beach restaurant for seafood platter!!! I will be returning next month!! Julia is a wonderful host!!! Jack and the night security guards and other staff are fantastic!

The following are no reflection on Julia or the apartment but for honesty the resort needs some investment to make it perfect. Some tiles in communal areas and patios, pools are maintained but need a little more attention ( I see swam) but the resort is secure with the most amazing staff! I understand a consortium are looking to invest and this place has incredible potential, lm a property developer and landlord and if l was local ld be interested!!!
