The staff are rude.

No proper communication between the staff and guest.The staff wanted to vary the terms of payment from that agreed upon on booking.

Quite close to the beach. Some part of room equipment is good

The host is absolutely irresponsible. 1) Check-in. If you open the location via booking.com app or Google map, it will show you wrong location which is 3 km from the right location. If you copy address text and past it in Google map, it will show correct location. I was worried seeing two different locations and decided to confirm which one is correct. And that nice host CONFIRMED wrong location 😀 As a result we lost some time and spent extra money 2) Hot water button was broken. She promised that today evening some person will go to repair that, then she said - tomorrow, then she said - the master needs to buy something and will be the next day 😀 As a result nobody came during our stay and we spent whole stay without hot water. 3) Washing machine. In the description of that place there's a washing machine in the kitchen. This is NOT TRUE. There's NO washing machine in the apartment. When we message our exceptional host about that, she offered some laundry service. We agreed certain time, and nobody came in that time 😀 after few ours and just because we messaged her again she just asked if we still need a laundry 😀 it looks like she was making fun of us. 4) there is no balcony in the apartment 5) on the sofa which is near to the window we experienced some small biting insects (maybe ants, it's difficult to say, they were very small) 6) the window is shaky, I wouldn't recommend to lean on it, you may fall from the third floor 7) Check-out. The check-out time is set up as from 8 AM till 11 AM. At the 10:30 AM some people went to our apartment and said that we had to leave our room before 10 AM 😀 So I find the host service disgusting and inappropriate. Our host looked like a person who is not able to do her job

The host didn't cancel my reservation before arrival, when I arrived, I was informed that she did not have a room for me

When it's the check-out time ...they shouldn't throw pple out that way They should let someone have their time while checking out

I enjoyed my stay ,easy accesible of the beach.I loved it.

There was no sound system.

The property was well located. A few minute walk to the beach and to different restaurants and Carrefour supermarket. The room was spacious and with AC that was an added advantage. Juliet tried being helpful where necessary but she was sometimes not available.

The apartments are getting worn out though our room was well maintained. The pools around the property are mostly empty, others have green waters and there was only one functioning pool which we were scared of going into.

Loved the location ON the beach, had a good sized pool, which was a great hit with the kids. The room was well kept and clean when we went. It was a good size and had good amenities including microwave, fridge toaster and kettle and even a grinder :) The hostess was very welcoming and accomodating. Kitchen was clean and everything was in working order. The room had good quality pots and pans to cook with, the beds were comfortable and Wifi was working. The room was also furnished well,

No hot water but we didnt mind too much because the water was not too cold either in the daytime but we couldnt shower at night. The AC is located at the door so takes a long time for the cool air to get to the bed area. No one came to clean everyday, bit we didnt mind it too much, we asked the hostess for a mop and she was quick to respond.
