⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay — truly 5-star experience! From start to finish, the service at Citadines Bacolod was exceptional. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely kind — a level of hospitality that really stood out. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities — especially the bathroom — were clean and well-maintained. The property also has a lovely rooftop pool with a great view. Although the building isn’t fully completed yet, it already delivers a 5-star experience. One of the biggest highlights for us was the breakfast — the variety was incredible! It’s honestly one of the best I’ve seen in any hotel, with an impressive selection that even included unique fruits you don’t often find elsewhere. A special mention to the management and staff: during our stay, there was a tremor/earthquake in the middle of the night, and their response was immediate, calm, and reassuring. They made sure everyone was safe and that the building was secure before letting us return to our rooms. Overall, we had an amazing and memorable stay. Citadines Bacolod sets a new standard for comfort, hospitality, and service in the city. Highly recommended!

Nice spot in Bacolod with excellent room features, including modern decor, comfortable bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a stunning city view. Buffet breakfast was superb!

Gym access could've been better. Like access early at 5am and till midnight.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—lacson street. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. By far, the best hotel in Bacolod. Convenient parking. Next to a new outdoor shopping strip. Great breakfast. I’ve stayed here a few times now and definitely will be back!
