The breakfast buffet is probably the best in Bacolod - wide array of choices and my tummy was! The staff were very friendly and accomodating so kudos to their HR Team!

"Everything was perfect… almost."

I loved the new Korean Spa, the location and the beddings!

There are no outlets in the bathroom that allow for blowers, straighteners, curlers (only outlet is for shavers ) so styling daily was an absolute pain.

Pillows were too thick and too hard. The selection and image quality of TV channels is mediocre. Everything else superb.
