Reallly nice and clean

The property is very clean and well presented with all necessary mod-cons for a short stay. Shower is great, cooking facilities were wonderful and the living area is very comfortable

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I loved the aesthetic it had and the layout it was also prepared with essentials like an iron and fan if the room got too warm.

Room was great, clean and comfortable, but the room did smell of cigarette smoke which was strange for a non smoking room.

It was very noisy - from the street, and from upstairs’ creaky floorboards, both of which kept me awake for a lot of the night. There was no shampoo or shower gel.

Nothing really

The set up of the room was good, stylish and clean. The furniture is new and modern, and the studio has been really well looked after, and had character.Nice to have a free car parking option, and we noticed the car park around the corner was very reasonable.

It would’ve been nice to have had Freeview … we didn’t know all our passwords to sign into the Apps.

Lovely quirky appartment in the historic centre of Birmingham. Fabulous large clean accommodation with everything catered for. Short walk to the City Centre and all amenities. Safe secure parking onsite. We will definitely use again. Fabulous.

Nothing, we entered for 5 minutes and decided to book a hotel elsewhere

The matress is rock solid it could pass for a prison bed. The location is appalling, entrance is dirty, road is noisy, graffiti all over outside. The car park isn't a car park, it's a gravelled alley way. Whole apartment and location is dirty and feels unsafe.
