Lovely apartment clean and comfortable

The area is a bit noisy.

This property is basically a studio apartment with a shower room attached, but it was very comfy. Bring your own food and you could enjoy a week there. Luckily a small driveway had enough room for me to park in. If I ever have to stay longer in Birmingham I would go back.

The Location. It’s just off the centre of town but doesn’t have any skyscrapers, so the view out the window is of an abandoned building. The road below is major, so a lot of horns and sirens. Constitution Hill heads towards the older more dilapidated buildings of Birmingham, which the city council will at some point change I’m sure, but for now looks like squatters live in it. Nuel apartments have made the best of a bad location.

Unless you’re a deep sleeper the amount of sleep you get is entirely dependant on the upstairs flat as the floorboards are incredibly noisy which is a shame. Appreciate the owner probably can’t do much about it aside from soundproofing or talking to the owners of upstairs though.

Noisy road, scruffy area outside, bed was rock hard. Noise from upstairs from walking around

The apartment had a nice homey feel and great facilities. - Great shower. - Netflix and WiFi. - Tea's and Sugars. The staff were super friendly! The apartment was not too far from the city centre (a 20-minute canal walk).

The bed had a very firm mattress. The windows are quite old, which means they are not very soundproof, which was slightly annoying when considering they face a main road. The floorboards of the flat above are very creaky (but we understand this is out of the landlords control).

It was a a longish walk from the centre and located on a busy main road, but I've known worse. This is reflected in the price.

I really liked the decor of the flat and the facilities.

Secure parking, beautiful clean apartment, easy check in and out.

Noisy outside, however this can't be helped given the busy central location.
