The Nookery

This property is beautifully cared for. Lovely furnishings, brilliant garden for my dogs. Lots of private parking. It has lot of little touches, for example. The game of thrones book in the toilet! Brilliant. I’m a big GoT fan.. the bottle of water and glasses in the bedroom. Although I didn’t use it. I always like to have water by the bed at night incase I got thirsty.. lovely personal touches like the stuff on the dressing table. The kiddies den is so cute ( not that I used it) All the kitchen utilities, the bathroom robes and slippers for the hot tub. I loved the bedding. I want to ask the owners where they got that because I want it for my house. The lighting was great. Made the rooms really pretty in the evening and the bedside lamp was nice and accessible. The garden, beautiful, very secure as I always worry that my little dogs will find a way out somehow, but they were fine. I could go on and on.

This is minor… very minor. I personally found the recycling a little confusing and I worry if I got it right. Also didn’t need the tray of magazines on the coffee table.

Beautiful garden and hottub. Lovely decor

Hard beds, downstairs toilet, threats of fines a bit to much. Milk brought specifically for us out of date on day of arrival. Hosts living right next door felt a but controlling

The hot tub in the garden was incredible and we really enjoyed it. Very spacious clean rooms with lovely decor and facilities. We had a wonderful stay, thank you. James & Gina

Becky was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more accommodating for our special getaway for my husbands 50th birthday. The cottage was lovely, very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The jacuzzi was a lovely addition. Lovely and quiet, really interesting area. Top tip ask about the extras as they were well thought out and made the event really special.

Stunning area and a beautiful property. So many thoughtful little details in the house including some lovely fresh flowers. Kitchen was really well equipped, and the free condiments, oils and tea/coffee etc were appreciated. Lounge area was great and the little childrens den is very cute (we were both a bit big/old for it though!) :) the outside area is gorgeous. Loungers to sit and relax and the hottub was brilliant. The outdoor eating area was also lovely for al fresco dining one night. The location was great for exploring the local area and close enough to walk to a couple of pubs, we loved walking past the orchards to get there one evening. Very pretty. Hosts were lovely and friendly and we would love to return.

Beautiful property with stunning interiors, it’s got everything you need, and more! Hosts are equally as lovely, very helpful and prompt. Feels like a home from home.
