The Nookery

What a stunning flat, very clean and well maintained. The garden is lovely and peaceful with the hot tub (we did not make use of it) and a nice seating area just outside the front door. What was extremely nice, the host had provided tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and a lot of other items. In the bathroom there was shampoo and conditioner and the shower was so nice. The upstairs lounge and bedroom had lovely furnishings, both with skylights. It was handy to have the parking right by the flat.

Great rural location, beautiful cottage perfect for a short stay. Loved The Den, such a good idea for children. The hot tub was lovely, as was all of the inside of the cottage, equipped with everything you would need. Becky and Roy were very helpful. A great place to recharge the batteries.

The Nookery was a perfect location for a long walk from home, with a pub lunch and the hot tub for our aching legs at the end of the day!

Beautiful location and accommodation exceeded expectations, lovely enclosed garden with lovely hot tub, host was attentive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction throughout the stay, lovely little touches throughout like homemade elderflower cordial and jam which was supplied thought the hamper package.

Nothing to mention.

The host (Becky) was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and easy to contact, even asking us what type of milk we would like left in the fridge! The property was larger than we anticipated and had all the amenities you can think of. They even had new shower caps, which I was grateful for as I forgot mine. The hot tub was warm and ready to go upon arrival and garden and property itself was well maintained. The location was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and felt really private. I would highly recommend this property.

The mattress was a very firm for me (it was ok for my partner), so my sleep suffered slightly. There were several cobwebs and spiders up high (my partner removed them for me), so it could do with more frequent dusting in those areas, but the rest of the property was dust free and very clean. However, these are minor complaints that I don't think would bother most people and I will definitely stay here again in the future.
