Good location for going to lakeside shopping mall.

the bed lining was clean

the mattress was stained,the TV didn't work the main lights didn't work, very rusty shower pole, the shower holder was broken the beds squeaked , the towel and toilet roll holds were hanging off the wall, the wall paper was torn in hall and bed room the outside had rubbish piled up and was dirty you could hear the people above using the toilet and walking about, our room was next to the kitchen and the smell of the other people's food was overwhelming. if we could have left on the first day we would have ,we left first thing in the morning.we were not offered any refunds.

The only good thing was that the hosts were ok.

They moved our location from one place to onother place just with one day before arrival(they said was a gas Leak).So I didn't have the possibility to cancel and get my money back.Any way ,we moved to the New house and not heating for 4 days (I asked several times to sort the heating and nothing),one night a pipe burst and all the water came through the ceiling next to the bed where my brother slept. He has to clean all the water in to the room because at 2 am that was nobody to talk to.So we decided that on the last day not to go there anymore. In conclusion, I paid for five days and I stayed 4,I had to pick and drop my brother every day to come to my house(first property was just 50 meters from my house),No heating, flood at 2 AM,I couldn't enjoy a drink with my brother because I had to drive him every day to the New location. Very disappointed 😞
