Nothing about the place or staff.
GB1.The location is closer to the train station c2c and public transport. 2.One can use ther kitchen utensils such as making tea or coffee.
The room is not well heated(cold), the channel on TV not working and you have to pay extra £20 to pack the car inside the compound.....

I stayed there the week before in the same room no 5 the tv worked for 2 minutes then went off they said they would replace it they never did. I returned to the same room the tv was still in the room turned it on only worked for 2 minutes . They must replace the tv . Or customer won’t stay
