GBLocation was central and excellent for traveling to other places. Property was immaculately clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

GBIt was obvious a lot of thought had gone into making the accommodation as user friendly as possible. Our bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The owner was very welcoming and attentive.
That Booking.com gave the wrong address and post code which resulted in us driving miles in search of our accommodation.

We assumed from the address that it would be in Holt & therefore be able to walk to restaurants. Will check in more detail next time we book a B&B!
GBLovely one night stay in Norfolk,Perfectly positioned between Holt and sheringham which was perfect for us. Lorraine was the most welcoming host who gave us various ideas for food and drinks in the surrounding area. The room had the best view ever of beautiful countryside, very quiet, immaculately clean and everything you would want for your comfort. Breakfast was chosen the day before ,freshly cooked and delicious. This B&B is a hidden gem and we will definitely return when in the area again.

GBThere was a varied choice of well presented items for breakfast. The en-suite was spacious and both rooms were very warm. Our host was welcoming and helpful with suggestions on places to visit and the atmosphere was so relaxed. One of the best places we have stayed.
There was nothing we didn't like.
GBLorraine was an excellent host who made us very welcome in her lovely home. Storm Bert did it's best to disrupt proceedings with a power cut right on cue at Breakfast time, Lorraine was amazing and with a cool demeanour was able to still cook all the guests a truly fantastic breakfast .
