GBWarm Welcome, extremely personable owner. Property very nicely decorated. Bedroom well appointed, large bed very comfortable. Bathroom, excellent with all the facilities you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, first class, freshly cooked, very nice fresh fruit with cereal if required, nice fruit juice. A high quality B&B.

GBGBGBExcellent.was greeted by owner on arrival. Unfortunately we had difficulty find in it at first ,however after speaking to the owner on the phone we reached our destination. Lovely property very clean and quiet . The view from our room was over the rear garden and paddock , we were lucky to see a hare running around the paddock. The breakfast was one of the best we have had anywhere and more than adequate .

GBVery friendly & helpful host. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Quiet location in countryside, but only 5 minute drive to centre of Holt. Large & very comfortable bed.
Everything excellent, only possible improvement would be for someone to build a pub/restaurant within walking distance.
